I’m also here to listen to your concerns, recommend my favorite vendor friends & work through all the hiccups along the way.
DJ & Photobooth
As one of Pittsburgh’s select female DJs, Jamie (aka Cake), has quickly become a well-known name all over her city. With a resume ranging from corporate events and private parties to weddings and nightclubs, she’s fit for a wide variety of music formats. Speaking of fit, there’s no better DJ for a workout event than one who lifts as much as she spins. Some of Cake’s corporate clients include Reebok, Victoria’s Secret, Beachbody, Burn Boot Camp, Top Golf, LA Fitness, and Macy’s. She holds current residencies in the steel city at Rivers Casino, Bar Louie, Jimmy D’s, and BURN by Rocky Patel along with private gigs. Her highlight reel of guest sets includes Influence Pool at The Linq Hotel, Liquid Pool Lounge at Aria resorts, and Vanguard Lounge all in the mecca city of DJs, Las Vegas. Let them have Cake.
Food
We had a dream of creating memorable & delicious food that pays homage to the recipes of our family and the Pittsburgh region. Our dream found wheels with a hot dog cart in Shadyside which rolled into the Burgh Bites Food Truck, taking our incredible food around the city. Our next milestone was to place our roots firmly in the community, one brick at a time. Brick N’ Mortar is the culmination of quick, delicious, and creative culinary paired with a feeling of family & neighborhood.
We pride ourselves on offering a unique dining experience to our customers; whether they join us in our restaurant, order takeout, or enjoy our creations as catering from our Burgh Bites Food Truck.
Ice Cream
Since Bruster’s beginnings in 1989, our commitment to freshness hasn’t changed a bit. Bruce Reed, the “Bruce” in Bruster’s, has always been passionate about going to great lengths to deliver premium quality. Bruster’s ice cream is made the old-fashioned way with ingredients that are slow kettle processed and designed specifically to create the Bruster’s flavor. Its proprietary home-style mix is delivered fresh from its dairy to each store, where small artisan batches are made daily by Certified Ice Cream Makers. Our large variety of premium flavors and artisan desserts include crunchy handmade waffle cones, customized sundaes, candy-filled blasts and thick milkshakes. Bruster’s also offers customized cakes and pies in your favorite flavor for every occasion. There are nearly 200 independently owned locations in 20 states, Guyana and South Korea.
Balloons
The Cheerful Balloon is a balloon boutique & party supplies shop located 30 miles south of Pittsburgh, PA. In our store you’ll find fully customizable balloon creations, designer party supplies, and quality gifts and cards from local artists and women-owned businesses.
